Calcium silicate board: calcium silicate boards (also known as wearing a stack of plates) composed of Portland cement, plant fibers, fine quartz sand and the water formed by the manufacturing, does not contain asbestos, glass fiber and formaldehyde. This product provides superior physical and chemical properties of all similar products, it has the appearance of wood materials and excellent features, and fire safety, do not rot, no deformation, almost no maintenance.

Features
1).It is durable. More than 60% of the composition is same as granite, more than 20% same as marble.
2).High strength. The lowest strength (in parallel) is ≥9Mpa. While the highest strength (in cross) is ≥12Mpa.
3).Light weight.  Its density is about 1.2g/cm3 ; It can be used in new buildings . There is no need to take the additional dead of load for both partition and ceiling of old building into account when it use the panel for refashion , it will notaffect its original construction .
4) .Outstanding sound insulation for indoor partition and ceiling even the building which has a strict demand for private.
5). . Incombustible Material. Meeting the standard of GB 8624-1997 grade A and ISO-1182 which is the guarantee of fire proof.
6). Good at anti-impact. It can be used as the base board in the shops, hotels, schools, entertainment places and hospitals.
7) .Low moisture rate and water absoption .it can be widely used in the washroom and kitchen in wet area.

We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high temperature and high pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advanced technology. That it will compose a special fiber cement Board.
There is no asbestos, brucite and meerschaum in the raw materials and the formulations at all.

     The smooth surface of board can improve the decorative effect of buildings. It can be used in both new and old buildings.

When delivery , the boards should be piled up in the way of board-to board , then it is suitable for overseas transportation and indoor store .
   The panels could not be stored outside or in the store near water . It must be stored in a smooth , no rain leaking , no dust and good ventilated warehouse .It should avoid moisture before used . Once it was affected with damp , it should be cleaned up right away and sent it to a well area for drying up. Otherwise it may be destroyed.
   Carried by one man is prohibited . The board should be carried by two men with both hands of them and taking the long edges horizontally or taking the short edges vertically
