 Features
2).High strength. the lowest strength ( in parallel direction) is ≥8Mpa while the bending strength (in cross direction) is ≥10Mpa. It meets the national and civil building standard .
3).Light weight. Its density is ≤1.2g/cm3. It can be used in new buildings. There is no need to take additional dead load for both partition and ceiling of old buildings into account when is uses the panel for refashion. It won’t affect its original construction.
4).Incombustible material. Meeting the standard of GB8624-1997 Grade A1, ISO-1182 and BS 476 from UK which is the guarantee of fire proof.
5).Good at anti-high temperature and anti-crack. It improves the grade of fire rating. Its reasonable fireproof system design reaches the demand of high rise building for fireproof limitation and their performance is as well as the international brands of calcium silicate board all over the world.
6).Our board carried out the BS 476 testing on a fire rating laboratory of Warrington which is famous in the world. It has passed the 120 minutes fireproof testing easily and gained the certificate by using a cork whose width is 8 9 mm as the profile then fill with ordinary rock wool in a 12mm layer .
7).Low moisture absorption and water absorption . It can be used in washing room and kitchen .
8).It is inorganic material , fire proof , anti fungus and antiseptic which is good for health of user .
9).It can be used in many kinds of building , because it has the capability of anti-chemical corrosive .

We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high temperature and high pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advanced technology. That it will compose a special fiber cement Board.
There is no asbestos, brucite and meerschaum in the raw materials and the formulations at all.

When delivery , the boards should be piled up in the way of board-to board , then it is suitable for overseas transportation and indoor store .
   The panels could not be stored outside or in the store near water . It must be stored in a smooth , no rain leaking , no dust and good ventilated warehouse .It should avoid moisture before used . Once it was affected with damp , it should be cleaned up right away and sent it to a well area for drying up. Otherwise it may be destroyed.
   Carried by one man is prohibited . The board should be carried by two men with both hands of them and taking the long edges horizontally or taking the short edges vertically
